I took my mustang to get collision work done just for my car to be damaged in their care with no compensation or reduction in the amount I had already paid for the work to be done. Very disappointing that Sam claims they do not know who caused the damages and very frustrating that they will not compensate me for the damages. I am a risk of getting a ticket and not being safe while driving with damages done to my seatbelt and the inside of the car.
