I found Dr. Stakem through my insurance because I needed all 4 wisdom teeth taken out. I went to the Fleming Island office for my initial consultation and got the procedure done about a month later at the World Golf office. I never encountered any bad or rude customer service, even with the various calls I made to ask questions or discuss insurance. Fleming Island office staff is rude and unhelpful. I had wisdom teeth extracted pre COVID at World Golf Village office. 5 star experience. Attempted to set up Daughters Apt post COVID through Fleming Island office. Unhelpful and rude!! I wonder if the physicians know what kinda of customer service is being given by Fleming Island office staff?

Went here to get my wisdom teeth removed. Process was quick, simple, and easy. They put me to sleep with an IV and woke me up 45 mins later with 4 teeth extracted. Minimal pain for the first few days, some pain afterwards, but that's to be expected. Very skilled doctor and dental assistant, receptionist and office staff were also polite. Never had any trouble here.

This is by far the WORST office to ever attempt to get any care from. The office staff's customer service is AWFUL! Zero professionalism, phone etiquette & zero people skills. It's sad because the doctor was great during the initial consultation but the office manager is the rudest nasiest person you could ever deal with & unfortunately she's the one answering calls.
