Horrible experience. I was in the waiting room at 10:56 am when I received a call from the office to tell me they were running behind for my 11:00 appointment. I was told to come back in 1 & 1/2 hours. I don’t live in the area and had been waiting 4 months to coordinate this Moh’s surgery. It’s hard to kill 1 & 1/2 hours when you don’t live in the area. I came back at 12:30 and signed in & was ignored (whatever was on her cell phone was obviously more important than me). I waited 5 minutes & went back to the desk to verbally... read more
