Went in and saw Dr. Kieffer today to get new hearing aids (my old ones died last week). I was very happy with the entire process. The hearing exam was thorough with no rushing. She explained everything about my new aids completely and clearly. I am very happy I decided to go to First Coast and will recommend them to others who might need this type of help.
