I had a very pleasant experience this morning at First Coast Hearing Clinic. I had been struggling to hear for the past few days & wasn’t sure if it was me or my hearing aids. I called yesterday afternoon to ask if I could get an appointment. I was seen this morning at 9:30, where Dr Taylor Kieffer took my hearing aids to examine them. She also looked in my ears to make sure that it wasn’t wax causing the problem.
