Poor quality and poor customer service. Our service technician identified a failed compressor under warranty. The only warranty support First Co. would offer is a replacement compressor in 2 to 2.5 MONTHS leaving us with no A/C over July and August in *******. That's the only warranty coverage or customer support offered, and apparently they consider that to be honoring their warranty. We had to purchase another whole condenser from another manufacturer. Very disappointed in their quality and customer support.
