Placed my order on the 11-12-14. Still haven't gotten my wristbands and it's now 12-1-14. I've called and left voicemails but can't get through to anyone. Should I be worried about my money?

THEY WERE AWESOME. My order was submitted incorrectly ..I received them on time.. as promised and I was heartbroken I had made a typo and they were all worthless to me.. called them and thinking it was my mistake they would do nothing... but they didn't say no.. they listened...and helped me with new order ...discounted the price and helped with our cause by adding additional bands to my order... well - placed an order on 9/2 and paid rush production. it is 9/15 and can't get anyone to answer the phone or respond to email. gonna have to call my credit cars company!!!!
