I placed an order paid for through pay pal on May 7. I never received a confirmation on my order and I have not heard a word about my order as of yet I have made several attempts to call sent several emails and have not got a response filed a grievance with PayPal and still no response this would have been a yearly order. Do I need to cancel this order and take my business elsewhere?? This was to be in plant rush and rush delivery.

Excellent! I sent an order in to duplicate another wristband in memory of our daughter whom we lost in a tragic car accident and Lee couldn't have been more helpful. He called me to help verify the information and had me send a picture of the current wristband so he could make sure he made it as perfect as the first one. Out of his kindness even donated some to our family. Would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much again from the bottom of our hearts.

First Class Wristbands rocks and they serve what they promised. I have ordered wristbands to generate funds and by selling them, I have been able to help unprivileged children. Thank you First Class Wristbands, as your wristbands have helped me to make their day a worthy one.

PLEASE READ .. I posted a couple weeks ago my story about my wristbands, and how i did not hear back from company for 10 days, I called 1-800-468-9010,and left messages, Facebook,email. Then I got the call from Lee, he explained how they had a major software update problems in there company.. I understand that happens a lot in are world. I have now talk to them 4 times and other staff via email and phone and they know me by first name. Still waiting for a reply on my order for over 5 days now. Web site said free shipping but now they want more money. Please reply and sort my order or issue a refund and I will go else where.

I ordered wristbands a month ago and haven't heard from anyone since. They took my money but no communication other than the initial confirmation email and no wristbands. Go somewhere else!
