Excellent customer service. I just received the wristbands, on the date I was told they would be here, and they are exactly what I ordered. I will DEFINITELY be using this company for all of my future needs. Thank you First Class Wristbands!!!
I would actually give this company a 0 stars out of 5 starts. Do not use this company, it is the worst one out there!! Adam
By far the worst company offers back in may 27th still haven't received them nnever got a tracking number to track just got a order summary tried to call always saying there bbusy with other people leave number never get a call back shouldn't take a monrh to make 50 wristbands I will not order from them again and when I get a call bacback they will her about it one pissed of customer
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Do not order from this company!! They took my money and wont answer the phone or send me an email back!! I have opened a dispute thru paypal to get my money back. Absolutely pathetic service but they were quick to take my money. I wrote them a message and told them these wristbands were bought to benefit a coworker with cancer and absolutely no response.
Placed an order online...paid for RUSH shipping....did not receive my product....have called all day and get nothing but their voicemail....left multiple messages and no call back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!
Does anyone have a good number to call them. Places order on 5/20 no response since. Every time I call I get voice mail. Need alternative number.
