This may have been the best performance by a contractor we have ever experienced. Can I give 10 out of 5 stars? First, the price was fantastic! More importantly, First Class Tree Service performed expertly. The crew obviously has worked together for some time; it was enjoyable to watch their expertise in action. This was not an easy job – trees in a backyard that provided little room for error and no way to get a truck back to support the removal. Name is 100% accurate. We had some trees taken down a few weeks ago and we were impressed by how quickly the work was done and the price point was not even close to some of the other quotes we received. But beyond those quantifiable things, the owner and crews were so respectful, moved our belongings for what they needed to do, and put everything exactly back where they were before - everything cleaned off, like they had never even been there. First Class is not just the name of this company, it the kind of service they provide. Our family has used First Class two times now. Both time Sonny and his crew provided us high quality “First Class” service. I would and will be recommending First Class to friends and family.
rst class was working on my street. I noticed how quickly and professionally they knocked out a large job. I asked them to come take a look at a couple trees close to my house. The owner Sonny came by and was super nice and did a walk around and said they could knock it out on a slower day since it was a small job. Most contractors would never call back. A week or two later we were about to get some heavy snow. I got a call from Sonny and he said they could come by before the snow and get those worrisome branches cleaned up.... read more
