**** has been servicing my sprinkler system for years. He shows up when he says he will, he will not ***** you in price, He taught me how to winterize my system to help me save me money. Best of all he is just a great guy.
I called for sprinkler repair over a month before they actually came out. Overall, I was happy with the repair. Unfortunately though I was called by the owner a week and a half after the date of service and was berated and threatened over the phone for not having paid the bill yet. It was very unusual and unprofessional and I will probably not use this company again because of it.
So if your employees are driving a company vehicle maybe they don't act like beligerent children. After seeing the maturity level of these "professionals" I will never use this company.
RecommendedHad a leak develop in a master valve that Mike installed 13 years ago. Called him and he walked me through how to locate it and repair it. Worked out exactly as he described, avoiding a service call. He called me back to insure all was OK. Highly recommend him.
Mike and Kathy went above and beyond to repair my sprinkler system! They were quick to respond, came up with creative, cost effective solutions to other issues I was unaware of. They made sure every question was answered and walked me through the invoice step by step to make sure I agreed with the materials used and the labor involved was fair and reasonable. Even trained me on programming the system and helped me set a watering program that would be most beneficial for all parts of my lawn. I highly recommend them!
Mike & Kathy have always gone above and beyond to help us with our irrigation system for the 14 years we've owned this home, including annual turn-on and turn-off, backflow tests and occasional repairs to our 25 year-old system. They've been thorough and responsive and have always worked us into their schedule, even when it meant coming after normal business hours!
Mike and Kathy were lifesavers in finding an underground leak in our sprinkler system! They were the only people who took the time or had the commitment to finding our problem, which others had attempted. They would not leave until they had found and fixed the problem. They are now our expert sprinkler professionals for all water systems, old or new.
We have been with Mike and Kathy and their company for 15 years. They have been a delight know and to see to our every need, making sure every area of our yard is watered properly. We can't say enough good things about their company.
Have used Mike and Kathy for many years. They do good, honest and fairly priced work. Aiso, just a hoot to watch them work together!
