First class solar didn't even know my name is soap with the door even good speech left a lot information on I found out a few days later and I did agree upon what they're going to do to my roof they said they had to do one thing and the next day they said no I never said that and had to change it and they lied and then I talk to the salesman saying that all I have to report for A report ho did not approve And then I called my h o a and they said they have not got a report yet and that if not approve solar in the front yard r... read more

Hello Ms Ellis, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with our service. We do are best to please each and every customer. From what is the system we signed your family up for solar on 8/14/18. We submitted for permits and got the HOA paperwork organized the following week. When we submitted the design to homeowner, he requested to have the panels on the back of the house. We redesigned the layout and resubmitted to the homeowner and submitted to permitting per the contract. Once permits came back approved 3 weeks later, we reac... read more
