Allison is the best ever. My husband needed to be placed I spoke with Allison a friend referred her highly . And she truly worked very hard with me to find the right place for my husband . He is a difficult placement . And she not only found the most perfect place she found three exceptional possible homes for him. Allison a zillion thanks!
Allison was really helpful and responsive at a time where we really needed guidance and education on a world we are just starting to learn about: senior care. Her knowledge really helped us understand what our options were. She was also instrumental when it came to all the bureaucratic aspects. My in-laws just transferred to a wonderful facility thanks to Allison's help. Definitely recommend.
Allison and team helped with my Father-in-Law (>85years) and his wife's (>80 years) transition from home living to a independent living facility (him) and memory care unit (her). First Class Senior Care (FCSC) identified the facility and organized so much of the move and logistics. I am going through a very hard time with my mother, and we have hospice in place. The hospice is not good at all and one time they even called us about a woman who was not even my mother. I reached out to Allison At First Class Senior care and without even being her client, she was so much more helpful. I highly recommend this agency for any difficult senior issues because I can tell they really care!
