Sold me a home in August of 2017 which to this day has had past due tax issues dating back to 2014 - Aug 2017. He never showed up for the signing nor never even called me or the title company. Up front everything looked fine, after that very poor service. His office was of no use either. First class ? I think NOT.
Sean was great to deal with. He sold our home quickly for asking price. He also stuck with us after a purchase fell threw and found us an even better house. I would use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone looking.
