I currently rent through First Class Property Management and have never had an issue! The application process was easy, and they even worked with my poor credit! They are very attentive to my work orders and get them completed in a timely manner. As a Property Manager myself, this is the type of service I would expect! ☺️

Apparently getting things fixed is something else. I placed a request to replace my broken fan chain on 6/5/2024. Over a month later, it still hasn't happened. The maintenance guy flaked on me once and didn't realize until last week that an electrician is needed. I requested a window screen over a month ago. It got installed today and it's not the right size. The screen is falling and not securely fastened. So, who knows when that will get fixed? Everything else has been fine.
