This by far has been my best experience with any car dealership. As we are still negotiating the pending sale of the vehicle, I have no complaints of how professional and personable each and every team member is, and how they treat potential clients.
Just talking over the phone they are upfront and honest on what to do. And what your best interest is to do.
As far as communication goes, they were quick to respond and friendly. AutoCheck showed the vehicle has frame damage, CARFAX did not. Dealer would not provide AutoCheck report to dispel the frame damage concern.
I bought my chevy avalanche there and absolutely love it. this place has good quality vehicles the office is very clean and big with friendly staff. My sale man Fernando was friendly but not pressuring which was nice. He worked with me till I was happy and addressed any needs I had with with the vehicle.to top it off I got a fresh wash and wax when the sale was all done. I would recommend this place to anyone vehicles they had some very sharp looking cars and trucks.
