If you have a group of 5 or more, then there is no sense in calling and wasting your time with Kamloops' taxi companies. I called this company after a wedding and asked for a ride, and they showed up at the exact time I requested. The limo was clean and in good order. After reading all the reviews about this limo company I was worried. There was absolutely nothing to be worried about. Kathy was amazing in helping me plan the ride and Peter the drive was so great! It was for a 11 year olds birthday party if 10 kids. Peter was so patient and kind to the kids. Everyone had an amazing time!!!
Worst limo experience....after booking weeks in advance they chose to cancel last minute and didn't even bother calling. I called all day to re-confirm and they avoided answering my calls. I finally had my husband call from his number and they answered and proceeded to lie and say that they had tried calling me several times. They we're perfectly willing to leave me high and dry with a group of 8/9 year olds.
These guys were terrible. We ordered a large limo and on the day of our wedding they showed up with one that didn’t fit everyone. Said the one we ordered was getting fixed, but didn’t tell us. Driver was very unprofessionally dressed. Awful experience all around - would have rather walked.
Do not book with these people. Public transit would’ve been a better experience. First of all I ordered 2 limos for me and my friends graduation day. They were suppose to come at my house at 2pm, but at 1:30 they call me and tell me they only have 1 limo now, so we end up having to make two trips to riverside making half of us almost an hour and a half late.
