Simply the worst company owner we have ever experienced. He never tells the truth about anything. The service is terrible and they will over bill you. Stay away from this business or you will become extremely angry. We are lucky that our service was done under my son's name. He was too angry to post the review.
Disappointing experience with First Class.. have been on their sprinkler blow out list for many, many years. This year they somehow dropped us without any warning. After finally getting through to someone on the phone to find this out, they had little empathy and would not make an exception. Then they stopped responding to calls/texts entirely. Real THIRD class service and we highly recommend going elsewhere for your landscaping needs in Bend
Logan just left my house. I was very impressed with his knowledge and how to best handle my ugly ugly grass issue! He was fair with his pricing and I'm very pleased with the work they did.
I contacted First Class Landscaping 2 days ago because I saw an ad in the Smart Shopper. I spoke with the receptionist, told her I needed thatching but wasn't sure of the size of my yard. She said someone would come by that day to check. I gave her my landline, my cell, and my email. Guess they don't need the business because I never saw anyone and never heard anything from this company! Why spend the money for an ad if you can't even get back to people!?!
