Recommended1st time patient on an emergency. Had severe pain and the dr. had as I was in pain patience and explained everything before the work was done. I also started ortho treatment the same day to help correct my TMJ. I returned the next day with my 8 yr old daughter for an ortho exam am again was pleased with the staff politeness and attentiveness to my concerns. Now my daughter and I both are Ortho patients.
Let me first say that my daughter had bad experiences with different dentist where they would strap her down make her cry I could hear her scream from the waiting room. Never again will she go back to those dentist First class dental I was impressed on the very first day I took my children. All very loving wonderful people that work in that facility. On February 9th, I had a dental appointment at First Class Dental. I was extremely nervous and a little hesitant because dental visits have always terrified me. Upon arrival , I was greeted with a smile from Fabiola, the receptionist who was very cordial and polite . My wait time was minimal. I was called and taken steps are , I feel totally comfortable in being treated at First Class Dental for future visits. The name alone speaks volumes.
They have awesome customer service and all the staff are polite. They have awesome prices and can work with you with payment
It's a very clean environment. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They speak Spanish and English, and their work is well done. Lovely facility.
Great service great people love going to them feels safe......
