Great customer service! – I don't have the best credit and I had been turned down at other dealerships that said they finance "everyone", so I decided to stop by First Class Cars as my last stop to see if they could finance me, since all the other dealerships had turned me down. Tried to sell me a mechanically challenged car – Went to look at a 2002 Infiniti I35 that was advertised for $8,999. I was on 8/17 and was told by a salesperson that the price "was around $12,995" or so. I'm assuming that he told me that because there are no prices on the cars and not many people research them, so they can tell you what they want and see if they can get you to pay. Good Car Buying Experience – When I arrived at first class cars I didn't know what to expect. The sales proffesionals were nicer then normal. I recently had a bad experience elsewhere when I got turned down. FIrst Class Cars gave me grate service, and got me into a Plymouth, Voyager. I give this bussiness a grade of A. Because they treated me nice, got me into a payment plan to fit my budget, and there rates were reasonable.
Worst Dealer Ever!! Sold me a car which broke down the next week and will NOT back up what they sell. – I bought a pickup truck from the dealer on the condition that the air conditioning must work. When I got home with the truck I noticed that not only did the air conditioning not work, but it had a severe oil leak. I took the truck to a mechanic and he was shocked that it could pass safety and emissions (which they do at the dealership).
