i worked with caden, one of the owners, and the whole carpet cleaning experience was the total package when it came to customer service. he arrived right on time, walked through the carpeted areas with me, and clearly explained the steam cleaning and spot treatment we had already discussed. Tucker and Ralph arrived, walked me through the rug cleaning process, and shared a few simple tips for keeping the carpet looking fresh longer between cleanings. i contacted First Class Carpet Service to clean my cream-colored couch, and with a black dog in the house, the pet hair was deeply worked into the cushions and fabric. After the first visit, the upholstery cleaning did not look as complete as i hoped, so i felt a little disappointed. When i called back and explained my concerns, they were very understanding and responsive.
