I called First Class Carpet Cleaners after another company cancelled my appointment. Todd was very considerate and managed to fit me in despite his busy schedule. I’ve never seen my carpet cleaned so thoroughly—the job was excellent! He took care of all the pet odors, which was my main concern, and was very friendly. I highly recommend this service and will definitely use them again. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work, and the price was very fair. My carpet looks brand new!
We hired Evan to clean our carpets and refresh the grout and caulk around our kitchen sink. From the first estimate to the final cleaning, they responded quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process. They were friendly, arrived on time, and acted professionally at every step. The carpet, rug, and air duct cleaning was a bit pricier, but Jay’s helpful guidance made it worth it. The results were outstanding and I am very satisfied with their work.
