The entire experience, from getting the estimate to the team showing up on time and doing their job, was seamless. Ryan took the time to explain how he calculated the estimate and what to expect when they arrived, as well as what I should do to get ready. I am truly impressed with the service from First Class Carpet Cleaners. My husband and I recently bought a house and wanted to have the carpets cleaned before moving in. Todd, the owner, took the initiative to call our realtor to set up an estimate appointment. I highly recommend First Class Carpet Cleaners for their carpet cleaning services. Jay did an amazing job on our basement carpet. The stairs needed special attention, and everything turned out fantastic. He was very professional and responsive throughout the process. Scheduling the service was a breeze, and he arrived right on time, even though we live a little further out. Our carpet dried quickly, smelled fresh, and we could walk on it almost immediately. Excellent service at fair prices; I highly recommend them!
I always bring my 9X12 Persian hand-knotted rugs to First Class Carpet Cleaners, and now all my family and friends do too for their carpet cleaning services. These rugs are worth over $5K to $10K each, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Evan is one of the friendliest and most helpful team members I've encountered, and the staff is very knowledgeable. They truly excel at their work, and their pricing is fantastic! They also offer under padding, which has been the best I've ever bought.
Highly professional service without any hidden charges! The previous two occasions we engaged a carpet cleaning company, they both performed excellently. The issue was, however, that we felt exploited both times. They gave us a special quotation over the phone, only to hit us with extra charges for everything once their crews arrived. We were billed extra for deodorizer, additional for Teflon coating, and even more for stain treatments.
