I had a plant pot that left a tough stain on my new carpet. I called and spoke with Jay, who came out the very next day. Jay did an amazing job removing the stain from my carpet, making it look brand new again. He also took the time to explain what caused the stain and gave me helpful tips on how to take care of my other rooms with area rugs.
