1st Class is a family run business built on the foundation of care and compassion for their customers. From first time customers to those who have been patrons for 30 years, all receive exemplary service. I only call Alan to work on my washer, dryer, freezer, water heater, stove, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. I only recommend them to my friends and coworkers. Called this morning at 8:30 am to request service on our oven. We had a technician at our home with the correct part by 11:00 am. He had the part swapped out and the oven repaired by 11:30. Could not be more pleased with the response and professional service we received!! Thank you!!
We've had only positive experiences with 1st Class Appliance. They are fast and professional!
The issue was resolved by 1st Class Appliances. They eventually came out and resolved the issue at hand, with consideration for the misunderstanding. They called the following day to check on the appliance which was considerate and professional. Called to say they couldn't show up when scheduled but would call and come later or the next day. Never came later, never called and never showed up the next day. We call "experts" so we don't have to waste money self-diagnosing, which I did and failed, so more lost money and time.
They are an excellent company and very efficient. Always happy with them and their service!
