RecommendedMy washer/dryer are out of warranty right now and I needed some service. When I called the Sargent Appliance where I purchased them, they broke the news to me that I would be lucky to get someone out within the next few weeks. Wow! What a professional, honest, knowledgeable experience we had with 1st Class Appliance, Inc. This is how every repair company should operate. We where have problems with our only refrigerator not freezing. During this pandemic with a refrigerator FULL of food we could not imagine losing everything inside. I called them at 8:15 am and they were here, ON THEIR DAY OFF, by 10:30 and have my refrigerator fixed by 11 am! I cannot tell you how wonderful he was! If you need any appliance repair, do not hesitate to call them! Thank you so much for your help!
