This bank is great. Amy is wonderful to work with.
First Citizens Bank has all of the limitations of a smaller bank and all of the terrible customer service you’d maybe tolerate from a big bank. This bank is ran by one of the least friendly, least empathetic people I’ve ever met. A lot of FCB branches have gone under. Hopefully this one is next. Avoid at all costs.
