Not customer friendly AT ALL.
Been trying to open a business accounts for over a week now. I attempted to do it online but they require you to schedule an appointment. I called this location and they require I send in 3 months statements to start the process. I sent that in and followed up several days later. Called and was informed someone would call me back they didn't. I called again and finally got a the business banker he was confused as to why I opened a business in WY. None of your business.
