Best bank I've worked with for Business especially in the industry I am in. Informative, Helpful and all around great folks to bank with!
Helpful and friendly staff
Waited 20 minutes while the only teller in the entire building helped a lady. Wanted to speak to a loan officer and there was one person present who looked at us a couple times never acknowledged us and she was not with a client or on a call. My mother is moving from VA to TN and uses First Citizens in VA and they have always been great to work with. Once she moves she will change banks.
Bank seems to be stuck in the 90's. No ATM partnership so I called the main number to see if there's even an exterior ATM at the branch as it's not mentioned on their website and I'm told no. They kindly offer me the option to drive 40 minutes to go check, though. What bank doesn't have a drive up ATM in 2022? Unfortunately I'm on SSDI so I'll have to bank with them one more month before I can switch.
