Cold calling my cell phone to make a business loan pitch isn't cool, especially since my number is on the FTC Do Call List.
They charge $6 to cash their own checks if you don't have an account with them. The teller then tried to tell me that all banks charge a fee if you don't have an account, which is a complete lie since I cash checks with Wells Fargo all the time and never get charged a fee without an account. Instead of apologizing, the rude teller proceeds to argue with me in the middle of their lobby. Rude service, inconvenient locations, typical unwarranted big bank fees. Terrible bank.
Excellent service and the best options for personal checking that I have found in the neighborhood.
