First citizens discriminated against me and my business and just closed my account over a 4 dollar negative balance. Now I have to pay 78 dollars to some collection agency and they will not lift a finger to at least get rid of the ridiculous fees they charged me and never told me about. I've run my business with them for years and always paid any type of balance with a smile.
Well I really thought this was a great bank. Then I got what I thought was a remote job and found money being taken out of my account instead of deposited. Apparently they decided not to reverse these transactions and block them or give me a new account I was told there was nothing they can do.
This First Citizens Bank has the rudest and most ignorant employees I have ever had to deal with at any bank or credit union. They are basically stupid. This is sad only in the south. Don't let the growth of knightdale fool you. This bank has been here a while and incompetency is their logo.Stay away.
