Well I really thought this was a great bank. Then I got what I thought was a remote job and found money being taken out of my account instead of deposited. Apparently they decided not to reverse these transactions and block them or give me a new account I was told there was nothing they can do.
This First Citizens Bank has the rudest and most ignorant employees I have ever had to deal with at any bank or credit union. They are basically stupid. This is sad only in the south. Don't let the growth of knightdale fool you. This bank has been here a while and incompetency is their logo.Stay away.
The worst bank that can exist in North Carolina, A discriminatory bank in its policy when opening an account for non-residents, Bank like this should go bankrupt. I did not open the account as a citizen, due to discrimination in their police when I went with my husband...
Manager is terrible. Wouldn’t deposit a cashiers check. Will be switching banks. DONT GO HERE.
I have banked with First Citizens over 30 years. I have never ever had an issue with their business or customer interaction until I moved to Knightdale. The teller at the drive thru window has a BAD ATTITUDE!!!! I will never bank at this location again. I will travel into Raleigh where I have had superb business for so many years. Knightdale First Citizens should rethink and hire staff that goes by the First Citizens standards and overall respect for each individual
