Scott explain my options clearly and concisely over the phone and set a same-day repair appointment for the afternoon. He showed up on time, gave me an honest evaluation of the rock damage and his ability to repair it, and performed an excellent repair within an hour. I had two rock dings that were about a 1/2 inch apart and Scott was able to repair both, which is not an easy thing. I could not be more happy with the service and results.
My windshield had a large rock hit that I hoped could be sealed. The man from 1st Choice came to my home and examined it saying that it may be too large. He went ahead and did everything he could to seal it up but indeed it was too large to be completely repaired. He very graciously charged me nothing for the attempt. It actually looks a lot better and may hold the windshield from cracking for some. I was pleasently surprised by his honesty.
