This was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I waited for hours and still wasn’t seen by a doctor. While waiting, patient said they were having chest pains and felt like they were about to pass out, yet the staff only gave them a tiny shot of water, barely enough for one sip. The student who did the “exam” didn’t even listen to their heart or look at their ears or throat, even though they clearly said those areas were hurting. First Choice urgent care treated me and shared recommendations for next steps for my issues I was seen for. Provider Bill( William Warrington) is hands down the best care provider. He was kind , patient and thorough . Ty to the other staff members Caitlyn and Nina.

I want to thank Doctor Kristi for providing excellent care with a very empathetic demeanor and listened to collaborate with me as a patient. The front desk girls are also incredibly informative and considerate. Tam genuinely wants to make sure everything is alright for you. Kristi spent time with me checking over multiple parameters instead of being in a rush. Kristi talks to you genuinely and doesn’t treat you as a number, but a patient to show kindness to. This place is so convenient plus they are Always caring & knowledgeable. I never have to wait too long, they always help my family get better. I'm just so grateful to know they are always just down the road if we need them. I would definitely recommend them especially if you have children.
