This is a confusing business. The roof of the home I purchased was (and still is) under warranty. Within the first year of owning the home, there have been two roof leaks. They came and fixed the first leak. Thank you for that, but now with the second leak, they won't return my phone calls or emails. Damien did an outstanding job managing the project, helping us choose the perfect shingle color, and even getting pre-approval from our HOA. Yhocio and his team with First Choice Roofing are absolute professionals. We had hail damage and our insurance company agreed, next thing you know there is a new roof on our house with zero headache attached at all. First Choice Roofing just completed installing 6 inch seamless gutters and downspouts as well as replacing wood rot with PVC fascia and soffit. They also corrected an existing drainage issue by installing an additional downspout. Jennifer and her crew were pleasant and incredibly efficient, and carefully communicated during every step of the way. In 2022 they also did a splendid job replacing our roof. I highly recommend this company not only for their roofing expertise, but also their gutter and downspout installation.
Be Aware of Incompletion: There was damage done to air conditioner unit during roof demolition. They were honest and showed me what had happened. The frame to the top of the unit was cracked and broken. They completed the roof project and needed to come back to finished a few open items. The only item remaining was the repair of the A/C unit which they said they would take care of and included as an exception on their certification of completion.
