I have had the good fortune of working with First Choice Roofing for a number of projects for my home. Three years ago, I they replaced the roof of my home. Their teams were very professional and hard working and did an excellent job that I am more than satisfied with. The staff were very easy to work with, and very respectful of my needs. It is a privilege to give my highest recommendation to First Choice Roofing & Construction. Ours was a fairly large residential roofing project driven by hail damage during a spring thunderstorm. The project included removal and replacement of approximately 140 squares of GAF Timberline HDZ shingles, approximately 200 square feet of pinched metal roof, and all gutters and downspouts. First Choice Roofing replaced the roof on my house. Recently, I noticed a leak from the roof of my covered porch. I contacted my original representative, Yhocio, multiple times by phone and text over a two-week period, with no response. Despite promises to visit the property, he never showed up. I also called the main office several times, left voicemails, and spoke with a representative who said she would follow up with Yhicio and get back—again, no action or response.
