I had Steve come out to give me an estimate to repair shingles on my roof. I gave the go ahead but he indicated that his calendar was already booked for the next week and a half but gave me his word that he would get it done within 2-weeks. I followed up late the 2nd week because I didn't hear from him, but got no response. I did repeated follow ups and finally he responded and said "yes, we will be there the next week" as his crew was busy on a big job up north. Again, his crew never showed up. If I can give Steve more than 5 stars I would. We just communicated by email but he did gave me a fair quote and went and go ahead and do the job after I had confirmed before even any money paid as I was at work when he replaced our gutter… job was done really well. Didn’t rush me with the payment or nothing. I actually was also communicating with another company but they’re charging me a couple hundreds more than Steve. Thanks so much Steve.
