A little over a year ago, I posted a 5 star review about how pleased I was with the porch repair that they completed. However, the repair was not done properly and the porch sank. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and needed. And also took the time to draw out a detailed estimate and that is something non of the other bids did. Giving us a beautiful deck. Even fixing a damaged railing the very next day after it was installed [due to lightning strike] after a bad thunder storm. At no extra charge. We would Highly Recommend this company.

Jarrod and Gary were a pleasure to work with on our porch addition. Anytime we had questions, Jarrod and Gary were very responsive. The quality of work was superb. We made several changes to the original design and they were accomodating and incorporated the changes. I highly recomme d First Choice Renovations and would use them again.

I used Angi’s List to find this company, and I am thoroughly pleased with my experience. They gave me a reasonable estimate and provided a timeline of when they would be able to complete the rebuild of my porch that was sinking. All of the interactions I had with them were informative and they answered my questions patiently. I will most definitely be calling on them for future projects.

Had a deck torn down and built back up. We screened it in and had composite laid down. When at the job site they worked very hard. Liked that ours was a screening system that I can fix myself if need be in the future with the tracking system, in regards to the screen itself. We had something occur after the job was done and they were very responsive, and Gary one of the owners was there to take care of it within 48 hours. Thank you for being men of your word Jarrod and Gary!
