Dr. Frank and his staff are totally brutal against disabled seniors. They took one look at me and said I was “too far gone” and hopeless. This was after I had been to many doctors that performed successful surgery on me. All I needed was some theraphy to accelerate my healing. All I got from them was rejection and hostility! Shame on them!
