Dr. Mustafa has been my child's doctor since day one. She will be 8 in a few days she loves going to see him. He is a kind and caring doctor and he ask questions no computer on his lap either he communicate to his kids how they understand and he helps parents understand as well.
They have the rudest receptionist. Very poor customer service.
The First Lady I spoke to on the phone was lovey and sweet I wish I had gotten her name, however, the Second Lady was very rude and impatient, I was considering taking my child here but I’ve reconsidered being that we were being treated like an inconvenience. I get that everyone has bad days but I don’t believe you should bring that to work, especially dealing with people and children. I hope she will treat people better in the future.
We love to go to Dr. Mustafa he loves what he is doing. We are here patients for 7 years and never had an issue. I just read people are saying his wife is rude but she is actually not if you get to know her. He offers services what no doctor in this town offers. And Dr. Mustafa never pushed me to do anything what I didn’t want to do, he always accepted my opinion and I also did his. That’s how it should be to understand each other.
