They could care less about the health of my pregnant wife, she never had any of her tests done.. and I mean any, supposed to have a scheduled c section and they have her a date and they forget when their dates are and cancelled her last appointment before the baby is due, this has made this her worse pregnancy she will most likely ever had. They are discriminating against me because I don't have health insurance. they hang up on me when I call and refuse to help me with my hbp issue. ordering the wrong medicine for me and not caring at all.

Unprofessional. The entire practice should be trained on phone etiquette, proper customer service and professional attitude. Their front desk staff should be taught that they set the standards and the moods. If they are on time with their schedules and insurance verification, then the office will run a lot smoother.
RecommendedMy nurse was Rachel and she was exceptionally friendly! She didn't look down on me or anything and she made me feel as if she was more of a friend than a judgmental adult. :) Doctor Oram is also very nice and easy to talk to. :)
