No one ever answers the phones or calls back. This is a problem at their properties as well. Do not waste your money with them.
I've tried to get in contact with the business three different times and never get a call.
My first apartment rental in Lafayette, LA @Bayou Oaks. Showing was wonderful. After moving on my 2nd night at about 3 or 4 a.m. maintenance was pounding on my door like police. He was at the wrong apartment or was he intoxicated. Mix up by the answering service!!! No one call me to let me know I called the office the next day. At which time I was advised there was a noise complaint. Unfortunately I have a 9 and 11 year old and they walk around like normal human beings. They weigh 70 and 80 pounds. Can never get in contact
First choice is a ghost company...never never can you get them to return a call or help with any problems...living in one of their properties is a mistake and don't expect anything from them..
