Warning to all, do not live at any of their places. They do not keep th places up, find random shit to constantly add to your rent charges, and never fix anything. They never contact you back. They newest money hustle is to make to set up a stupid pet screening account that charges you $30 per animal and you have to renew it each year. I hate this company.
No one ever answers the phones or calls back. This is a problem at their properties as well. Do not waste your money with them.
I've tried to get in contact with the business three different times and never get a call.
My first apartment rental in Lafayette, LA @Bayou Oaks. Showing was wonderful. After moving on my 2nd night at about 3 or 4 a.m. maintenance was pounding on my door like police. He was at the wrong apartment or was he intoxicated. Mix up by the answering service!!! No one call me to let me know I called the office the next day. At which time I was advised there was a noise complaint. Unfortunately I have a 9 and 11 year old and they walk around like normal human beings. They weigh 70 and 80 pounds.
