I am writing this review to document an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience I had while disputing incorrect move-out charges on my account. After moving out on time and by the end of my lease, I was suddenly contacted and told I owed $4,577.66, largely due to an alleged failure to provide a 60-day notice to vacate. Warning to all, do not live at any of their places. They do not keep th places up, find random shit to constantly add to your rent charges, and never fix anything. They never contact you back. They newest money hustle is to make to set up a stupid pet screening account that charges you $30 per animal and you have to renew it each year. I hate this company.
No one ever answers the phones or calls back. This is a problem at their properties as well. Do not waste your money with them.
