We had a great experience building with Barry. He responded to our questions, listened to our concerns and we ended up with exactly what we wanted for an affordable price. We've lived in our home for 5 years now, and haven't had any problems. We would build with him again.
First Choice Homes is under Barry Fowler. I would caution anyone who is considering buying from, or utilizing Fowler Custom Homes / First Choice Homes to do a great amount of research prior to doing so. Research any lawsuits filed against the builder, speak with previous customers, and contact the Homebuilders Association to solicit their opinions of Mr. Fowler and his business practices. I will never do business with Fowler again due to my experiences with him.
