They are very good about coming to your house the very day you call. But their equipment is not new or reliable. My portable tanks go empty fast. One emptied on the 15 minute drive to my Doctors office. They called them to bring me another one. And it was empty when i got home! I keep asking to replace the thing with the dials, they changed gaskets but that has NOT fixed the problem.
We all know insurance and medical is complicated. We rely on service companies like this to inform and advise us. We need to be able to trust them. First Choice did not provide accurate and reliable information to me. I asked detailed questions about cost and how insurance was paying and was misinformed and mislead.
