The haircut was great, as always. However, there was no record of me making an appointment a week prior by phone. I was told this happens often and to book on-line. Luckily she took me right away. If I call for an app, I expect it to be entered in the system.
Ella has always been attentive to my desired hairstyle and gives good suggestions to what length suits me best. She is very efficient and shows love for her work and working with people.
