The staff are friendly and skilled. However the policies at first choice are hypocritical. Since Covid they no longer accept cash as they clearly post this notice by the register. But suddenly when their system is down they can accept cash. And I don’t understand how it could take 3 days to fix the system. My cash was inconvenient to them for 6 years but their inability to fix the technical problem isn’t inconvenient to the customer. Make up your mind- you accepting cash or not?

I had a 10:00 am appointment on a Thursday. Waited until 10:30. Nobody even came to open the store. Not recommended.
