Went to get my hair dyed paid $150 for what I wanted with tip the manager did complete opposite gotta go back thursday in hopes she can fix it for free .

I took my daughter there to get a haircut. They put her with a trainee that had no idea what she was doing! She took over an hour and only cut half of her hair and didn't even touch the front or sides. They then charged me full price for the haircut without apology. I am a really nice person and try to treat people nicely. This situation was just very wrong. First choice should at least make sure their employees know how to give a basic haircut before putting them on the floor.
