Ruby is the best!
I've been seeing the same stylist for years and I genuinely like her as a person. When she's not available I see her colleague, I don't think she likes this... today she gave me the the worst hair cut I've ever had. This is the 2nd time in a row that she's given me a narly cut, I find it hurtful. It's uneven much shorter then I usually wear it and I'm going to have too wear a hat for 2 months. Needless to say I will be seeing Lisa from now on.
