We were late and had to come back in a hour after the horrible traffic we went through to get there. Our hairdresser was shown a picture twice and a medium textured fringe was requested to aid in the child's natural wave and texture. When all was said and done, it looked nothing like the picture. It was way too short to even have any texture or waves. The hair came out as a buzz cut. Severely disappointed.
