Great haircut from Toni
The place reports to be open until 6:00 pm. We went there at 5:45 pm and they specifically mentioned they are closing up and can’t take any new client now as they won’t be able to finish before 6:00 pm. This is super unprofessional and I have never seen any other service industry or even other locations of first choice hair cut places follow this approach. I that case they should mention open until 5:30 pm as they cannot take any new clients after that. Disappointed at their customer service.
I got a trim here today! Fantastic cut - again! 😉 Love this place, so pleasant. And, I did notice the attention to detail. You obviously love your work. I'd been wanting to work this into my schedule for days. Thanks for taking a load off my mind, so to speak.
