Both owners were rude and disrespectful. They refused to itemize an outrageous estimate, and they call me unreasonable? Evidently people in this small town I grew up in do not know how customer service is done in the entire rest of the world. Instead of treating me like a customer, I was insulted. If they didn't want this job, they could have just days so. Do yourself a favor and just go to Lowe's. This business doesn't deserve to be in business.
We were very impressed with the exceptional quality of our carpet installation, as well as the linoleum and tile work we had done. It's so refreshing to hire someone who cares about their work!!
