Recommendedthe staff and doctors are amazing! I truly felt each of the nurses and people we met cared about our situation. Quick timing also, i will always come back here if we need to.
Absolutely amazing ER. They got me in quickly, continuously checked on me throughout my stay, were sweet to my poor kids who had to come with sick mommy, and helped me to calm down when I was scared. The doctor even said he would call me in a few days to check on me. I am still sick, but they helped me get un-dehydrated and checked my blood work for anything odd.
Had to take my son here last night. Got us back and took care of him quickly. No waiting. Did their best to help him and talk him through everything they were doing. I even had a call this morning to check in on him. No one wants to have to go to an ER, but very good experience overall. Very friendly, understanding, and sweet staff also! Thank you so much!
We went for stitches for my nephew, we were in and out in an hour! The Dr. And nurses were awesome!! The one nurse talked my nephew through the whole process. She was AWESOME! I wish I could remember her name. We will definitely be back, if needed!!
I have had very few ER doctors ever offer to personally call and check on me or someone in my family after discharge. Of those that have they have either never actually called or, had a nurse call. Today the awesome doctor that took care of Devin on Sunday actually did call to see how he was doing! � I definitely recommend this place!
Dr. Wright & his nurses were amazing with our 4 year old we absolutely loved them! They had us in and out in no time & explained everything thoroughly! Now to get our baby girl over the flu & back to herself! Thank y'all for such a great first experience! I recommend this to anyone to avoid the long hospital er waits!
Great place, medical staff great friendly and care about the patience. Fast too, in and out and get back to the game. It took us longer to get to the facility with traffic then it did to get my son's thumb x-rayed and cared for.
Took my son in for a fractured/broken finger, they got us in right away. Great staff, the nurse was very friendly and the doctor was great too! X-rays were done quickly and we got the results right away. Definitely recommend this location to everyone in the Cypress area!
