I give zero stars. My insurance had to pay for fake claims made for services I didn’t take and for visits on days I didn’t go to his office. I had teeth that were fine but were messed with and subsequently significantly damaged because of malpractice. I ultimately had to remove these teeth because of his tampering, and the surrounding teeth are getting affected too.
