They will not work with you. They want to be sure you buying a business without knowing the location or any other details. I have two business one is liquor store and second hotel when i ask Russell Carriere to provide me the store name or location wheater is good area or not. He refused to provide me details. Bad Brokers to deal with it.. I will call owners myself to take them off from as brokers and sell directly.

Russell Carriere is not helpful at all. He wanted to be sure I am capable of buying a business. I own 3 business in knoxville. and I am looking for liquor store. And I came across the post he have listed. But he also doesn't want to share the store name or location for me to check if its in good location or bad.. I even told him I will confidential since we signed NDA. But still he wants to be sure I am capable of buying it. What a sham
